Brand New. A Spacious (genuinely) lovely two double bed penthouse with two balconies, in a nice quiet building, on a 'leafy' side road  in London Fields (a couple of minutes walk to the park). It's (generally) a very-good size and although we're yet to receive a floorplan estimate it to be in the order  of 750sqft.  The reception room is a very good size, has an open plan kitchen (washing machine, gas hob, fridge freezer) - and can easilly accomodate a large couch and armchair, dining table and chairs etc.  This room feels even larger, as it has a large French Door (sliding glass) which leads out onto a smallish private terrace (you can fit a table and chairs), which (honestly!) has really nice views.
