A one-branch powerhouse, we have been quietly growing a client base of professional and part-time landlords from the same spot in Hackney for nearly ten years.

We have a longstanding core team with significant local expertise who can help with a wide variety of residential lettings investments. However, we typically market and manage rental contracts ranging from £300-£750 pw.

We only deal with residential property. However, given the tremendously varied nature of Hackney’s housing stock, we’re experienced in a broad range of residential investments as well ‘bread and butter’ leasehold flats. This includes live-work property, freehold houses, new developments, student property, and serviced apartments. If you have something you would like to talk through, no matter how unusual or challenging, the chances are we have dealt with something similar before.

Although we are an established brand in our own right, New Space is owned and operated by a HAUS Block Management, which specialises in the facility management of large residential buildings and estates.
