This flat is awesome! Yes, it's a studio HOWEVER It's the size of a comfortable one-bed flat (450sqft), is in (literally) the best bit of Shoreditch, has lots of character (it's set in an old textile factory) and is sensibly priced. It features; A really large studio room, with enough space for a double bed, sofa, desk etc., a galley style kitchen (which is cleverly separated from the main living area so it feels like its own room) a lovely (high-spec, quite bling) family bathroom and a generally excellent finish. Highlights include: original stripped oak floors, exposed brick walls, original factory windows, high ceilings, unusually well-finished bathroom and kitchen. The location is excellent, and you would be hard pushed to argue there is a better spot in Shoreditch. It's literally in the heart of all the action, however is on a nice quiet street (just off Rivington street), and is accessed from a little cobbled (and pedestrianised) road. If you are looking for decent sized, top spec one bed in Shoreditch but are struggling for budget we would pretty much guarantee this will tick all your boxes.
