- We’re tuned in to the fact that consumers are currently price sensitive. For this reason we have a flexible approach to our fee-structure which takes scales of economy into consideration. We're generally able to demonstrate a saving to new clients, meaning less of your rent will be swallowed up in fees. If you instruct us on block as well as residential management this saving will be even greater.
