BLOCK MANAGEMENT

As well as managing your tenants, we have a dedicated block management department (Qualified as a minimum to IRPM) which can look after your building.

As you wont be living there yourself its easy to lose touch with goings on. As such we undertake to visit it at least quarterly, and produce some of the most detailed management reports on the market. As a matter of course we also instruct at least one RICs valuation to accompany this report, so you can keep track of the value of your investment.

As we operate a ‘fair pricing policy’, and don’t charge a commission on works (we charge by the hour for time spent arranging tenders), you’ll find we also cheaper than most.
